Precautions of various types of fitness equipment
  The first is Stretch class such as Wall Bars and Leg Press Trainer. 
  Such movement does not advocate the elderly stretching very hard or lifting legs too high for exercise.It is advised the height of leg should be below the shoulders.
The second is Twist Class such as Waist Trainer.


Waist of the elderly is relatively stiff. The waist training should be slow and gentle.Or it is harmful to intervertebral disc.Therefor,when exercising,the aged do not extremely twisted themselves,especially do not overexert.
The third is Aerobic Class such as Air Walker.
Some elderly people increase the stride(the span reaches 160-180 degrees)on the walking machine,which is very dangerous.This may lead to ligament laxity of hip joint and dislocation.Experts suggest that the aged should do some low-intensity aerobic exercise.
